McCain Uncertain Regarding Huckabee’s Support

Mike Huckabee, white Republican and former presidential contender, has shown his support for John McCain. McCain, however, is unsure whether Huckabee’s support will help or hurt his campaign. McCain staff have suggested sending Mike overseas to campaign for McCain to Americans abroad, like in Kazakhstan.

Obama Increases Photo Ops with White Cousins

After hearing the latest polls that suggest that Obama has trouble recruiting the white vote, Barack is on a mission to be the People’s Candidate.  To this end, he is shown here posing with some of his white cousins from Illinois.

Way Back Playback!!!!!

As Hillary Clinton makes a race for the White House, lest us not forget that Canada has had a female Prime Minister.  Although unelected, Kim Campbell took over the hot mess left over by Brian Mulroney.  Her party then lost party status, she gained weight and Mulroney has been caught up in scandal after scandal ever since.

Yet Another John McCain Sex Scandal

John McCain is in the sexual headlines again!  Now his affections have been focused on the former President George Bush.  As you can see, he is closing his eyes in a state of ecstasy.  The theme song: sensual seduction by Snoop Dog.

Sarkozy Hot and Bothered Over McCain’s Visit to the French White House

John McCain, the Republican presidential candidate, met with French President Nicholas Sarkozy while in Paris this week. Sarkozy, questioned after the visit, said that he rather liked John McCain and that unlike George Bush, McCain kept his hands to himself and did not once refer to “Freedom Fries.”

Dream Ticket

Clinton’s been talking about a Dream Ticket with her as president and Obama as Vice-President.  Well, Obama will have no such thing.  Do you think he let’s Michelle ever go on top?  We always had him pinned as a conservative missionary position type of guy.

Obama is a Republican’s wet dream!

Obama has garnered the Wyoming delegates. Interestingly, Wyoming, the least populous state is also a Republican hot bed. They haven’t voted for a Democrat president in over 40 years. George Bush also had his highest voter percentage in Wyoming when elected. It’s interesting to note then that such a conservative arena favours Barack Obama. Could it be conservative misogyny at work? Does Obama actually seem more Republican than Clinton? It’s not clear. However, perhaps Barack could retire to Yellowstone National Park if he doesn’t win the rest of the country.

Heinz meets her match!

Teresa Heinz is of course married to Senator John Kerry, who famously lost the 2004 Presidential Election to George Bush. She was also married to Senator Henry John Heinz and inherited the Heinz fortune when he died in an airplane crash in 1991. Now, everybody knows that Heinz is famous for ketchup. Many people will only eat ketchup if it is from Heinz, creating a huge amount of brand loyalty. I used to be such a drone, however, I recently discovered President’s Choice Organic Ketchup. I have to say that this ketchup has an amazing taste that rivals Heinz, without the bright fluorescent red colour. You have to try it!

Iggy could have been ours!!!!!!!!!!

Watching and blogging about the recent American Republican and Democratic primaries has made me realize that if the same process of leader selection was done in Canada, the political landscape would be quite different.  Stephane Dion would have never been the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada.  This has nothing to do with either his inability to do the job or his Quebec heritage.  It has to do with likability and popularity, plain and simple.  When he was selected, no one, except for those avidly active in politics, knew who he was.  Michael Ignatieff, on the other hand, was wildly popular, well known and respected.  Although as Canadians we often look down on American politics, this is certainly a superior situation where leaders are selected democratically and not by a small group of people that certainly don’t represent the average citizen.  Iggy could have been ours!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hillaria Clintone: El Presidenta?

hillary.jpg
Apparently the new hot topic is that if Hillary Clinton loses the nomination to Barack Hussein Obama, it is because of the lack of latino votes! I say she crosses the border, not to the Taco Bell side but North, we’ll take her!
