In what is thought as a predominantly liberal, left-leaning country, Canada has unfortunately been host to the evil skank Ann Coulter this week. Surprisingly, but not surprisingly, her speaking engagement in Calgary was met with little protest and what seemingly played out as an endorsement. It’s a sad occasion in a series of unsettling events that indicate that Canada may be leaning more towards the right. In a day and age where Democrats south of the border are being ridiculed as socialists, Canadians are privy to a culture of nouveau right-wing Christian-led conservatism. Luckily, Abstraction Reaction moved south just in time!!!

Rachel Maddow for Senator!!!!
Although she has profusely denied that she has plans to run for Senator in Massachusetts, here at Abstraction Reaction, we fully support a bid by Rachel Maddow to dethrone Scott Brown from his Senate seat! Go Rachel!!!! We thinks we will add her to a new list of Sexay Senators!!! Awesome.
Here’s a video showing George Bush wiping his hand off on Bill Clinton’s back after shaking hands with a Haitian. Enjoy!
Stephen Harper Told a Lie Today
Stephen Harper Gooey Face Game
Check out this awesome Stephen Harper Gooey Face Game. My creation is below:
According to the Ottawa Citizen, the difference between Stephen Harper and Sarah Palin is lipstick.
We brought it to you attention last week that Harper likes to cut funding for the arts. Well, he’s at it again. This time he is using smoke and mirrors. He thinks that introducing a tax credit for children’s activities will help. If the programs have already been cut, there aren’t any activities for these kids to do anyways. Moreover, it’s ridiculus to think that tax breaks for finger painting replace funding for the arts. More conservative right wing agenda masquerading as a tax break.
Stephen Harper is the only party leader that failed to respond to “Make Poverty History.” It seems that Harper wants us all to be poor and his platform is aimed at making and keeping him and his friends rich. We suggest to vote ABC, or Anything But Conservative.
Elizabeth May, the Green Party of Canada leader, has had a change of faith. She has turned to Islam in order to appeal to minority and immigrant voters. After the election, she will return to her Hedonistic ways.
Check out this slick ad from Jack Layton. Is it me or is he buff? When does he have time to work out?
Check out this take of the Obama crush song focusing on Stephen Harper…
Stephane Dion wants to use this week’s leadership debate to introduce himself to Canadians, claiming that “Canadians want to know me.” Isn’t it a bit late? The election is less than a month away. I say we get ready for the next Liberal leadership race!
If we are to believe the recent polls, many Canadians still feel that the Conservatives should be running the country. As an urban dweller, I find this astonishing. I rarely meet somebody that supports those douche bags. I find it concerning that the “left-wing” vote is split amongst the other parties. Canadians, in general, are clearly left of center on the political spectrum.
The Liberal Party of Canada is calling on an RCMP investigation into election spending by Harper those crazy Conservatives. Perhaps they will find receipts for cheap bourbon and Spitzer’s call girls! Those right-wing religious conservatives can really party you know.
Poll: Who is the hottest conservative?

Pete and Condi greet guests at their engagement party! Where’s our invite?

Ok maybe it’s not a kimono. But, the Harper government is trying to help the backlog of immigration applications. How you ask? Simply by having more rejections, silly. A new bill they are trying to cram down our throats will allow the immigration Minister to reject applications already approved by immigration officers and have the final say on the “type” of immigrant that comes in (kind of like a bouncer at a posh night club). By the way, if you have a photo of Harper in a sombrero, please let us know, thanks.
