Ok maybe it’s not a kimono. But, the Harper government is trying to help the backlog of immigration applications. How you ask? Simply by having more rejections, silly. A new bill they are trying to cram down our throats will allow the immigration Minister to reject applications already approved by immigration officers and have the final say on the “type” of immigrant that comes in (kind of like a bouncer at a posh night club).
